It seems like a rarity these days to see a business passed to the next generation. In this video, I interviewed Lou, the father, and Ben the son. We took approximately 45 minutes of audio interview and distilled it down to just under 13 minutes. We then added pictures of the staff and their work over the years. A really outstanding video!
